With the exception of scissors, we will however allow you to exchange products or issue you with a credit note should you not be satisfied with any purchases you make. All returns must be made within seven days of purchase, be in original condition and packaging and accompanied by a copy of the Hair & Beauty Warehouse Australia tax invoice. Unfortunately we cannot refund freight charges on delivery and return of goods.FAULTY GOODSHair & Beauty Warehouse Australia adheres to all manufacturer warranty instructions relating to faulty goods. Depending on the terms of the Manufacturer warranty, faulty goods must be returned to either Hair & Beauty Warehouse Australia or the manufacturer to confirm the goods are faulty. All returns must be made within seven days of purchase (this may vary depending on warranty period), include original packaging (where possible) and a copy of the Hair & Beauty Warehouse Australia tax invoice. GOODS DAMAGED IN TRANSIT
If your purchase is damaged in transit we will send you a “no charge” replacement, freight free. You will need to email photos of the damaged product & packaging (to demonstrate evidence of breakage) to us for assessment within seven days of purchase and a copy of the Hair & Beauty Warehouse Australia tax invoice.
